I didn't get very good photos, but this was Sean's first Court of Honor in his new troop. He earned his Eagle award in April 2008, and has earned his bronze palm and only needs one more badge for his gold palm. 
He was presented with the Soil and Water Conservation merit badge.
It was the last badge he needed to be awarded his World Conservation patch. He has wanted this patch for at least two years now.
