Three little baby girls

I have been dying to get a photo of the four grandaughters together, but that hasn't been possible yet due to geographical separation.
We were being entertained by the babies playing on the floor and interacting with each other.  I desperately wanted a photo of them all together.  Look at how silly we acted, trying to get them all to look at the camera at the same time!
This is probably the best shot of them together :)
They wonder why we're acting like monkeys!!!

Reagan's blessing

As you know, we were blessed with the birth of four grandaughters in seven months.  Little Reagan is the youngest of the four and these are the photos of her blessing.
This is Kimalee, Jordan and Reagan.  Jordan blessed Reagan and it was really special.  Reagan was a little fussy during the blessing, but when Jordan mentioned that she was named after Clara, her great grandmother, she became very still.
Reagan Clara Horst, 4 months old
Two sets of proud grandparents.

This is a photo of Kim's family.  Sher has 4 sisters (two of them are married) and one brother, her parents and her grandfather.
 This is our family.
Here are some family photos I really ♥

Now for the baby who was the star of the show.  The many faces of Reagan, she is so cute!

Four Generations and more

These are the last of my photos from Lindsay and Jeremy's visit, it takes me a while!
Me and Neo, Mom and Bridger, Charlotte, Kennedy and Lindsay.
Someone needs a nap ♥
Look at Bridger's smile!  hahaha!!!  Kennedy is trying to console Charlotte, but Charlotte only has eyes for her mom who is behind the camera :)
 I love this photo!
Mom (Gigi) and three of her sweet great grandchildren.

I love these children, each of them is so unique and it is so much fun watching their personalities develop.

Charlotte has discovered Gigi's necklace.
Charlotte is six months older than Neo.  Six months is a long time in baby years, but nothing when they are school age.  I look forward to every moment with each grandchild.
I can honestly say that any child is blessed to have Sean for an uncle!

My Wedding Dress

I loved my wedding dress!  It graced the cover of a bridal magazine and in 1980, was very fashionable.  I wore it three times, to the temple and two receptions.  It was a little dirty along the hemline, but I couldn't afford to get it cleaned. I tucked it away in a plastic bin and hoped there would be a use for it someday.  I guess I secretly dreamed that one of my daughters could wear it at their wedding.  Not a practical idea because the dress has aged.
Well guess what?  I found a use for it.  Dress up for my grandaughters!  Kennedy tried it on and it she looked so beautiful....
Kennedy Grace
It is amazing how life is......30 years can fly by so fast, but so much  happens, countless blessings.
This little girl is a huge blessing in my life ♥  I wonder which temple she will be sealed in?

Getting to Know Neo Kimberley

While Lindsay was here she took some fabulous pictures of little Neo.
Neo can be very serious, she stares at you with sparkly eyes, looking into your very soul.....
She gives a lot of "half smiles", and we enjoy whatever she has to offer!  She does smile a lot, especially in the morning.  That is her best time of day.
Her cheeks are so delectably kissably chubby, but she doesn't like too many kisses ♥
There is a photo of Bridger above the kitchen table.  Whenever Neo is being held at the table, she always stares at Bridger's photo.  Always, no matter which direction you hold her.  I guess she recognizes him as her big, strong cousin, the only boy cousin she has.

Neo has teeny weeny little piggies, perfect for taking little nibbles.
This is Neo, staring into your soul!
Another half smile, doesn't she look like a little doll?
This is a good view of the blessing gown I made for her.
I embroidered her initials on the back of the gown by the hem.  Neo will pass the gown on to her daughter, and hopefully Neo will embroider her daughter's initals on the dress next to her own.  It is an heirloom and will be passed down from generation to generation.
Notice the little dots above the lace?  That is entredeux (a French word) which means between two.  The entredeux is sewn on between the lace and the fabric, a very painstaking process, using a lot of love!
Neo is getting sleepy, her eyes are drooping....
Come on Neo, smile ♥
Mabulane wanted some photos of Neo outside by the woods.  We layed her on a native blanket from Lesotho.  Neo isn't used to the light, so she didn't open her eyes.  She really does look like a doll!  She is very delicate and has the most graceful hands, almost like Snow White's.  I will have to try to capture them and a smile, and show you how cute they both are!
Neo is a very quiet baby. When she cries, she sounds like a kitten.  She really doesn't make many baby noises.  Yesterday when Mabulane was changing her, Neo let out two giggles.  The really happy sound that comes from your stomach.  I was there and it was so sudden and surprising, that we both screamed!  It was so unexpected and exciting.  Luckily we didn't startle Neo.  She is trying to make cooing sounds with her mouth, but hasn't quite perfected it yet.  I'm surprised because that is all we ever do, make cooing sounds in front of  her little face.
It is amazing how one teeny tiny baby can entertain so many people♥
