My Baby is a Senior

Well, it finally happened, the day I have been dreading.......My baby is a Senior.  Sounds like a title for a horror movie!  Good thing I am gaining grandchildren.  It is hard to believe how fast the time has flown.  Our oldest grandchild Bridger, started kindergarten the same day as Sean started his last year of high school.  That is the same age difference as my oldest child Rebecca, and my youngest, Sean.  What wonderful memories!

I remind myself that even though there are a lot of lasts this year, there are a lot of beginnings too........Like four new grandaughters in 8 months.  Charlotte Leigh (April 9), Maisie Louise (July 7), Reagan Clara (due November 17), and Neo Kimberley (due December 6).

Sean won this adorable Woody doll on the first day of school.  He was the only student in all the teacher's history classes who answered all of the questions for the U.S. citizenship test correctly.  He even got the bonus question right, the address of the White House.  1600 Pensylvania Ave.  He told the teacher that he helped his mom study for her test 4 years ago!

I love this guy! When you take his hat off, he knows and tells you to put it back on.  He says, "The wind must have blown my hat off!"  And when you put it on he says something cute too.  Maybe Sean will let me look after him when he goes on his mission.
