Storefront windows in Vieux Quebec

I hope you aren't getting bored, but I wanted you to see some of the interesting storefront windows. 

They take the maple syrup and pour it on the snow and then twist it onto the sticks.  It is chewy like toffee. Mmmmmm......never got any this trip because I thought we would go to a Sugar Shack but never made it there. 

Everything is made with maple syrup.

Bridger would have been fascinated with this....
