Pics of our new home - downstairs

This is the view of the front door from the top of the stairs. Notice the palm tree out the front window?

Vanessa's messy room upstairs. She has since tidied it up, sort of....
Sean has since cleaned his room as well, you can check out his blog to see pics.

Coming down the stairs, the dining room.

The front door at the bottom of the stairs.

Walking into the house from the front door and the dining room, is the kitchen. Straight ahead is the swimming pool. There are pics of the pool on Sean's blog as well.

The family room is off of the kitchen and next to the pool.

Downstairs family room.

Half wall to the left looks into the kitchen.

The bonus room/family room is upstairs above the wall, and the archway goes to the laundry (closet) and the bathroom which also goes to the pool, and on the right off the hall is Addison and Mabulane's room. (They aren't here yet)

Addison and Mabulane's room. We will let them choose bedding when they arrive, and we still need to purchase dressers for the room.

Double closets, but not walk in

Back to the kitchen. Double ovens! Have always wanted those. The top one is convection, so I can bake three racks at once. It can also be used on the oven setting, and the bottom one is the oven. The stovetop is to the right of the ovens, and there are 5 of them, flat ceramic surface.

There is a double sink under the half wall, and a prep sink in the island. That little door is the pantry. It is supposed to be walk in, but you can barely fit your shoulders into it.

Isn't this amazing? Two fridges. They are identical with freezers in a pullout drawer on the bottom, and the fridge doors open from the middle to face each other.

My sewing room is off of the kitchen. This was a model home and the rest of the rooms I am showing you, are really the garage.

The overflow of my sewing room, and the beautiful red couch that wouldn't fit into any other room.

My food storage shelf.

Ricky's tools

The double doors where the garage door would be.

Our storage room

And I guess that is the end of the tour. I hope I didn't bore you with all the photos, but I wanted you to get the idea of what doors go where.
