Photoshoot

I had a wonderful time at Lindsay's, helping with the kids, spending time with my great kids, and seeing some treasured friends.
I always have good intentions of taking lots of photos, but since I haven't been scrapbooking, I forget to do so.
Kennedy and Charlotte have matching dresses and they looked so cute, I was compelled to take pictures!  Here is how it went......
I set out Kennedy's colorful zebra blanket that she likes so much, for a nice backdrop for Charlotte.  Plus, it matched the pink bows on their dresses.  I said, "Kennedy, smile!"
Kennedy "fake smiled" and looked down.
I again told Kennedy to smile and this is the "face" she made......
I thought to myself, boy this child is hard to photograph, she looks everywhere but at me where the camera is!
Kennedy is starting to lose patience with her "beloved" grandmother.......On the other hand, Charlotte is doing great!
Oh good, Kennedy is happily looking at her sweet baby sister.  At least I have one good picture.  I told Lindsay that I wasn't having much luck getting a good picture of Kennedy!  Lindsay told me that you have to say,"Look Kennedy, see the bug on my nose?"  or "Kennedy, what color are my eyes?"  Now she tells me!!!  I guess I can use that information for the next visit.  Anyway, how can she tell what color my eyes are with the camera in front of my face?
Next, I called in Bridger so I could get my three darling grandchildren in a picture together.  This is how that went.......
I said, "Kennedy, smile!(not being aware of the previous information) and Kennedy looked down and apparently was holding onto Bridger's neck way too tightly......poor Bridger, he is very patient with Kennedy!
Yes!  Aren't they adorable?
What you don't know......is that after I took this adorable picture of the three of them, is that Bridger promptly hopped up and ran off to play.  What the picture doesn't tell you, is that I was barely able to catch Charlotte as she fell out of his arms........He didn't know he was supposed to wait until I took Charlotte from him and I didn't realize he would take off like that!
All is well that ends well.
