Music to Our Ears: Who is Mr, Chiken?

Today was the last day to campaign.....I was able to check Sean out of school so he did the heavy lifting today.

Who is Mr. Chiken?

Mr. Chiken wants to have a duel with Sean!

We brought our popcorn machine and handed out free popcorn. It was a big hit, although a lot of the kids thought it cost money.

Sean is talking to some guys. Each of the different color polo shirts represents an academy. The guys in red are construction, navy is industrial engineering (Sean), brown is law, black is IT, white is culinary arts, light brown is business, gray is power, and green is auto.

This is Linsey, she hopes to get her mission call in the mail today :)

Here is Mr. Chiken with my wonderful helpers! Brittany is Linsey's older sister, by barely a year.....She has 2 cute children, Emma and Callie. Emma didn't dare go anywhere near Mr Chiken. Brittany is my visiting teacher and she spent over an hour helping me, and lent me her ipod player so we could have music! Aren't I luck to have such a sweet and helpful and pretty visiting teacher? Thanks Brittany, you were a lifesaver today ♥

My friend Charlee' helped hand out popcorn too, she works for the school board, in the other end of the building and sacrificed her lunch hour for a good cause! She left before I could get her picture.

This is Emma. Brittany said that the students loved the kids, so that helped with the campaigning......why didn't I think of that?

Brittany also took lots of pictures while I was otherwise engaged.

Mr. Chiken, you are so cute in a scary sort of way!

All in all, it was another great day at MTI, candidate and campaign manager. I think we gave it our all.

I almost forgot to tell you who Mr. Chiken was today.......a great dancer, I might add......Handsome Harrison. I took this photo of him right after he took off the costume, he was soaked with sweat, poor guy! He just graduated from MTI last spring, in culinary arts. He wants to open his own business after college, and wanted to have a broad range of experience. Thanks Harrison for losing half your body weight of fluids for your friend Sean ♥
